「脱衣場の床を造り替えてほしい」とご相談をいただきました。
We were contacted with a request to rebuild the flooring in a bathroom changing area.
ご訪問前にLINEでご相談をいただき、現状の写真も送っていただいたため、事前に概算のお見積もりをご案内しました。
Before visiting the site, the client reached out via LINE and kindly sent photos of the area, allowing us to provide a preliminary estimate.
単価的にも問題ないとのことで現地調査に伺ったところ、実際の状況には驚かされました。
After confirming that the estimated cost was acceptable, we visited the site — and were surprised by what we found.
床は長年の水漏れにより、今にも抜け落ちそうなほど腐食が進んでいたのです。
The floor had suffered severe water damage over the years and was so deteriorated that it was on the verge of collapsing.
Before
床下に換気口がなく、風通しが悪いために湿気がこもり、腐食が深刻化したものと考えられます。
また、室内にはカビも広がっており、作業はかなり困難な状況でした。
通気性の確保や定期的な点検の大切さを改めて感じる現場でした。
There was no ventilation under the floor, which likely caused moisture to accumulate and led to severe deterioration.
In addition, mold had spread throughout the interior, making the work particularly challenging.
This case highlights the importance of proper ventilation and regular inspections to prevent such issues.

想像以上に下地の痛みが進んでいました。
This photo shows the floor after removing the vinyl sheet.
The damage to the subfloor was more extensive than expected.
下地の腐食が進んでおり、水漏れの影響が広い範囲に及んでいることが分かりました。
撤去作業と並行して、水漏れの原因箇所の特定も進めていきます。
We found that the subfloor had deteriorated significantly, and the water damage had spread over a wide area.
While carrying out the removal work, we are also working to identify the source of the leak.
施工中の説明
床の撤去作業中、洗面台の排水管が簡単に外れてしまいました。
接着剤の塗布が不十分だった可能性が高いです。
こういった見えない部分の施工不良が、水漏れや腐食の原因になることがあります。
While removing the flooring, the drain pipe under the sink came off with very little effort.
It’s likely that the adhesive was not applied properly.
Poor workmanship in hidden areas like this can often lead to water leaks and structural damage.
浴室内の床と壁のタイルの隙間から水が漏れていました。
ブロアーで風を送り込んだところ、隙間から泡が吹き出してきたため、漏水箇所が明確になりました。
おそらく新築当初から漏れていた可能性があります。
施工時の防水処理に問題があったと考えられます。
Water was leaking from the gap between the floor and wall tiles in the bathroom.
When we used a blower to force air into the area, bubbles emerged from the gap, clearly indicating the source of the leak.
It’s very likely that the leak had been present since the house was originally built.
This suggests there may have been issues with the waterproofing during the initial construction.
After
発見した隙間にはシリコンを充填し、防水処理を施しました。
We sealed the identified gap by applying silicone to ensure proper waterproofing.
浴槽の底にもひび割れがあり、交換してほしいとのご依頼をいただきました。
状況を確認のうえ、浴槽本体を新しいものに交換いたしました。
There was also a crack in the bottom of the bathtub, and the client requested a replacement.
After confirming the condition, we replaced the bathtub with a new one.
床は下地からすべて作り直し、構造材は多めに入れて強度を確保しました。
仕上げは耐水合板の上にクッションフロアを施工し、水に強くお手入れしやすい仕様となっています。
浴室の入口枠には水に強い檜（ひのき）の無垢材を使用し、周囲の建具の色味に合わせて、お客様にお選びいただいた色でクリア塗装仕上げとしました。
We rebuilt the entire floor from the subfloor up, using extra structural support to ensure durability.
The finish consists of water-resistant plywood topped with cushioned vinyl flooring, providing both moisture protection and easy maintenance.
For the bathroom doorway, we used solid hinoki cypress, known for its excellent water resistance.
The wood was clear-coated in a color chosen by the client to match the surrounding trim, giving a unified and natural finish.
また、洗面化粧台も交換させていただきました。
設置したのは、**TOTO製の一面鏡タイプ「Vシリーズ」**です。
シンプルで使いやすく、限られたスペースにもすっきりと収まります。
We also replaced the bathroom vanity unit as part of the renovation.
The new unit is the TOTO V Series with a single mirror, known for its clean design and ease of use.
It fits neatly into compact spaces while maintaining functionality.
